"The Happy Prince" the story written by Oscar Wilde, Fable or allegorical fairy tale genre. It belongs to the Stater level, with a vocabulary of around 250 headwords. “The Happy Prince” is a story about a beautiful statue of a prince who had lived a life of luxury and happiness. After his death, a statue of him is placed on a tall column overlooking the city. The statue is covered in gold leaf and adorned with precious stones. From his high perch, the Happy Prince sees the suffering and poverty of the people in the city things he never saw while he was alive in his palace. Though he can no longer move, his heart is broken by what he sees. One day, a little swallow, delayed in his migration to Egypt, rests at the feet of the statue. The prince asks the swallow to help him deliver the jewels and gold from his statue to the poor and needy. The swallow agrees and carries out the prince’s requests, giving a sapphire to a poor seamstress, a ruby to a starving playwright, and gold leaf to hungry children.

In the story The Happy Prince, this poem highlights the transformation of the Prince from someone who once lived in the happiness of the palace to a figure who is caring, compassionate, and willing to sacrifice for the poor."

"Soapy Choice"The story from YouTube video from the channel English Stories is an classic short story by O. Henry. This video falls into the genre of dramatic irony, adapted to an intermediate level for English language. The story about Soapy is a homeless man in New York City approaching winter. He sits in Madison Square and realises the snow and cold are coming, and that his newspapers do little to keep out the cold. He actually prefers the idea of being in prison for the winter because that way he would have shelter, warmth, food, and other inmates as company paradoxically he views imprisonment as a kind of relief.

I choose this emoji because Soapy who lives on the streets, tries to get into jail to survive the winter. He attempts various methods like eating without paying, but always fails. Feeling hopeless, he eventually has a moment of inspiration to change his life, but ironically, just then he gets arrested.
